Doesn't look like it will protect that well.
All the joining connectors could snap or something.

Ha ha, I agree I think you would get some stick wearing that thing. Don't like it one bit.

This was a concept design that was done by someone previously, I think masuri looked at it as I saw a image with their logo on it a good 2 years ago

Ayrtek helmets are becoming comon place with the IPL, Warwickshire, and other players now wearing them!
Fair enough they were different when they forst came out....but they were also safer than anything else on the market, as well as lighter!

But these helmets with holes everywhere? Safer? Hmmmmm, I wouldn't like to bet my skull on it being safer!

Full info here. As Tom said, think this design is pretty old now. 4-5 years? I presume it's just a concept as no-one has done anything about it.

That original helmet is vile, and if you bought one, you deserve all the banter you get! The Helmet pictured by Pete is much better in my view.....
