I'm quite surprised that he's retired from all international cricket, I would've thought he would of carried on with one day cricket as he's still a first teamer in the t20 format...
-
I suppose as he is looking for a 3 year contract he is a much more valuable asset to a county if he is available in all formats
-
Whilst he has announced he is leaving Notss, i wonder whether this will make them change their mind and up their offer from 2 years to 3
-
Well whoever he signs for, he'll be a great asset.
-
Agreed, whilst i always doubted him as an international player (especially at test level) he is very effective in English conditions
-
100% agree, very good county level bowler in our conditions. Test level...i was never convinced.

i agree mate, i always thought he wasn't good enough a test level...so predictable most of the time :)

i think he is a one-day specialist be that county or country.
Possibly not test match material, shame to see him go.
-
I think he is definitely looking long term with a view to a nice county contract. Hope it turns out to be for his best.

Agree with most the posts here already. A very effective bowler in swinging conditions. Interesting to see where he goes or if he stays.

Another who announces he is no longer available when in fact he is no longer wanted, players put themselves before their countries quite a bit but he will not be going on many tours so his time is up.
