10 bats for £45 each then g2 ??? Bet they don't all look like the one pictured lol

yer i was thinking you could get 10 planks here, but still it might be worth a look, he said he bought them in bulk. It looks like them 'to good to be true' ones ay tom

Yeh I would guess so....not exactly hand selected the best bats I shouldn't think

I brought 2 'Grade 1 bats' off him before the season started, and both were absolute planks! Could be a good deal if you went there and hand selected them I guess.

It's the kind of time you need to visit to pick your own bats, and take norbs with you to tap the willow and confirm the best clefts!!  :D

I was offered a similar job lot and they were pressed so hard that I could not take them at £15 each, he may be calling it grade 2 but it is more likely to be a collection of lower grade clefts, they start at £2.50 so beware the fact that they may have far worse problems than cosmetic blemishes, storm damage, rot and major knots.

The bottom of the range from JS Wrights, they are just the joints in the tree and will be nothing but a huge knot and sideways grains.....
