My mates retired and gave me his predator 4 star to use as me and him pretty much destroyed it in the last 2 years its scored over 2500 runs with us at the handle
It split really badly up throguh the toe of the bat and we decided that instead of repairing it for match use we could repair it for looks and nets
he had already stripped the stickers which left it looking worse and the face being all sticker so i used white spirt to remove that

then onto the task of sanding i used a palm belt sander from work with 80 g paper this quickly cleaned the wood up back to white wood then using my orbital sander and some 120 paper i sanded it again to clean up any rough patchs aftertarwards i glued and clamped the toe then wax the bat. 2 days later i saned with some 240 340 and 400 grip papaers to really give it a fine smooth finish this also made the bat look all one colour .

There must be a land fill site in Devon full of stickers.... as I'm sure they all get binned rather than head off to pastures new.
-
Can you re-use stickers if you take them off properly?
-
Yes jus tdo it with a hair dryer carefully might need to apply some glue upon restickering
-
