anyway here are prices
Depends on the model of shell desired approximate RRP's for the models with titanium grills are as below:-

ACIS Carbon/Kevlar-£120.00
ACIS Fibreglass-£80.00

PCS Carbon/Kevlar-£90.00
PCS Fibreglass-£45.00

These are for standard colour schemes only as the shells can be customised to any design (at additional cost) unlike the currently marketed models. A club logo/sponsors/players name can be applied to the shells as per the England model pictured of the website (price subject to enquiry based on artwork provided as some logos are more complicated than others).

Post by: Ayrtek Cricket on January 23, 2009, 10:01:13 AM: The reason an Ayrtek shell is up around the £120.00 mark though is because it has a carbon fibre/Kevlar shell which isn't cheap to make as you can imagine, otherwise you would see a ford focus with a carbon dashboard/roof rather than an AMG Merc.

The plastic shells are injection moulded from ABS which cost £2 from India which is then marked up from a £20 finished price per helmet to retail at £120!

Bucko sorry for trying to move the technology forward and improve the protection level of a helmet, we will try not to make it look too tacky when it stops you getting concussion or worse.
