So i was playing my local 6 a side leauge at roko in york when i had felt something go,

Went to the doctors today and they said i have torn my quad, still need to go for a muscle scan thingy,

Your quad is made up of 4 different muscles hence the name, so depends which one u have done and to what extent....resting it tho is obviously the best method of recovery avoiding any over exergent movements lol

I wouldnt worry to much, if it was properly torn then you'd really really know you'd be out for 6months!
Probably just a slight tear and a month - month and half!

Muscles tear a lot so are good at repairing with rest, this is just a larger tear than they are used too hence the pain!
