Got a pair of SS Ton Matrix Pads for £55 and they're lovely. You can get very similar ones from smaller makes for not much, also the Newb Softs are nice. I do, too, rate GM's pads, but really the higher end ones. :)
Hope that's helpful mate.

Someone off the forum I know very well. I got them with a lot of other stuff, maybe £55 seems a bit much, I'm not sure. I don't mind, I got lots of great other stuff from this fella :) Why do you ask Yash?

You could have a nice pair of SS Matrix pads for a fair bit cheaper

Ah well. I got a lot of other things at great prices from this fella, and I do trust him. He was selling them for his boss, so we couldn't really negotiate on price, unfortunately. But they are great quality pads which warrant the high price tag anyway: mine are slightly different from the ones in the photo, though..

Doesn't it really come down to a 2 strap or 3 strap argument anyway?

2 strap pads don't suit everyones legs.

I have a pair of unused kinetic 3000 pads. Ordered some 4000 Evol' from cricket direct but they sent the wrong ones. I was away at uni when they got delivered and they are refusing to return them.
