Looks nice, probably a fair price too!
How does this compare to the one from lorimers?

The 800 has more noticeably more willow for pretty much the same weight. I would need to use them to comment on performance. I will do a review once I have, may be some time yet though.
Further pictures of the 1000:

Sorry for being rude but are you a seller or just another Pete Hosk you seem to be buying a fair few bats recently
-
No I am not selling any. I have taken the opportunity to acquire some goods bats in the last 12 months and will enjoy using them over the next few years. No plans to buy any more. I have learnt a lot from this forum so I thought I'd share some of the photos for any others thinking of purchasing.

Yes it was a new bat being sold off as it was the end of the season. Wouldn't want to comment yet regarding performance until I have tried it properly.

Just a silly question, I have used a Kahuna 600 bought from sportsdirect. When I was sanding(fine paper) for a small crack, I used the sand paper for 3-4 repetations and the amount of wood dust (sawdust) was too much. Can anyone tell me the reason, I have a asian made bat and also a GM 808 but they require atleast 15-20 repetations for the same amount of sawdust.

drier wood? new vs old sandpaper?

drier wood? new vs old sandpaper?
Dont know, but I had just bought it from the website maybe a month old. Also oiled it properly . Is it the problem with the bats being soft pressed ? Also the sand paper was a new one
