We have recently signed Andy Carter of Nottinghamshire. Very promising player who is destined for international honours.

Cheers guys. Not seen him play but he came highly recomended by Ben Phillips. Hopefully after his successful spell with Essex last season he will get a run with Notts. He has just signed a new 2 year deal with them and is also on the England Performance Programme.

He has a couple of Tendulkar profile bats and loves them. Think they are getting good exposure at Notts at the moment which is what we want.

Thanks Tumo, we hope so. He is 6ft 8" so and size 14 boots !! had to get some made up for him by B&B.

Heard he gives it a whack in 20/20 as well !!

Will go and see him play at Trent Bridge this year which is an added bonus.

Yep I can vouch that he gives it a whack, watched him for Essex in a County Champ game against Yorkshire last year and I think first ball, or over he came in, he put one of the Yorkshire quicks back over his head for 6. A mighty hit from a mighty big man :)
