Hold a bat (or two) in you batting top hand. For me I bat right handed so I'd hold a bat in my left hand. Then hold your arm out at 90 with the bat pointing up, then move the bat from right to left using your wrist but do this slowly.

This helped me anyway.

if ur a gym member, use cable machine at gym and do bat pick ups with increasing- start with high reps at low weight, then increase weight and reduce reps. if not a gym member dont do this as u cant :-[

you could attach ankle weights to bat and do what colesy suggested, or slowly pick bat up and hold, alternating hands. pres us are also probably worth doing.

I use dumbells and just lift the weight up slightly using only your wrist

I do 21's. 7 full curls, 7 half curls, 7 wrist curls, should do most of your arm.  Can be done with either dumbells or bar.

Has anyone tried batting with wrist weights to improve hand speed through the ball?
