Title: Cost of importing cricket equipment from Asia
Post by: cricket247365 on January 29, 2011, 06:39:19 PM
Could anyone shed some light on the import duties and tax that would be expected to be paid on cricket equipment when looking to import a large amount to start a brand?

Any help would be appreciated.

Quick google found this http://www.dutycalculator.com/new-import-tax-calculation/ (http://www.dutycalculator.com/new-import-tax-calculation/)

How accurate it is I don't know. Hmrc's website will shed more info

duty calculator say no duty just import VAT of 20%.

Can anyone shed some light to whether there is any duty to be paid?

On another note, very impressed with the new H4L website.
