Basically we are in need of a new logo for the club. Now we are based in Lancashire and we have always just had a red rose. Which is pretty much the same as every other club around us! So as we are getting new kits this year we would change the logo. We have a design in mind but just don't have the skills to design it.
Has anyone had any experience in this in the past and can help me out. I'm really stuck with ideas now!
Cheers

Do you have a club kit supplier? These companies sometimes have in house artworkers who might be able to help you out, especially if you already have a business relationship with them

Yeah but just changed this year.
It would literally take someone with a little bit of knowledge 5 minutes to do.

You just need to find someone who knows some basic Adobe Illustrator to draw it up in vector format, then you can use it for kit, print work... whatever

Right I will basically let your minds run free on this. Everything and anything made will be greatly received. Here's the brief...
Carnforth Cricket Club (CCC)
Established in 1869
Based in Lancashire (Red Rose)
Famous for the film "Brief Encounter"
Industrial Town (Local Rugby Club Has a Steam Train in there Emblem)
Right big thanks goes to Mr Cricket, who came up with this one. I basically said what I wanted and he made it. Was just one of my ideas, but has been brilliantly made I think. Based on the Durham CCC Crest.

Cheers Buzz
I'm hardly the most creative at the best of time! If you make the winning crest then I'll have to think of some sort of prize. So if that's not inspiring I don't know what is!
