You look good, but next time get the bowling machine set up to try and hit the top of off or just over it so you don't just get to sit on your front foot. Seemed like you were timing it ok

you look a good player paddy, time the ball nicely- or maybe it's a gun of a bat! Looking good kitted out in ss, very asian lol

My only point would be that your bat face is quite closed, whether that is due to gripping the bat too hard with bottom hand, or perhaps you need to adjust your grip so that the face is a tad more open?

Like the flamingo flick of the leg when you try and whip it behind square!

Cheers lads. Yeah Golders, the video was about a month ago and I was struggling then with not holding the bat tight enough and my back shoulder squaring up which meant that balls that i was playing a forward defennsive too that were meant to go back towards the bowler were going slightly more towards mid-on. Sorted now though :)

Your bat comes through very straight, and you have quick bat speed too. Nice clean hitting too when you don't hit it too hard.

Paddy, dont try to hit it too hard, you end up losing your shape, instead concentrate on middling it.
showing the bowler the makers name quite a bit, i like it

Possibly because not many face much quicker than 70?

Waste of time going higher if you don't see it?

they were definatly set on 70 mph. it is just an astroturf mate and there is a roof on the cage as well. multifunctional, tennis court, netball, football, cricket

Whats the point in going higher if bowling machines are to groove your technique?

Sorry it's not my point at all

And i'am sure level 3 coaches say use between 60-65 for shot grooving.

Look not bad mate maybe a closed face and rotating shoulders bought around by a back leg problem....

what standard you playing Paddy your at West Brom ain't you

The way you flick your back leg up when you flick the ball of your pads, reminds me of David Hussey
