Ok guys! Well you might remember me from before! The bat took its sweet time getting here but it has finaly arrived!
So its stickerd as a 666 because he was out of excel ones but i dont realy mind to be honest! it has:

-no concave
-around 2.9 with two grips on
-extreamy long and wide middle!

Yes mate, upload to photobucket and then paste the bttom link with [img] code into here and should work on screen. There is a tutorial somewhere on here..

If it's anything like mine mate, you'll love it.

Used mine again in the nets last night and hit probably the most majestic and powerful straight drive I have ever hit...hardly touched it either and it flew :)

if at all? i've grown...

back on topic 2lb 9 with 2 grips is a very decent weight with no concaving and 28mm edges!

Lots of quality H4Ls have been churned out in the past weeks. Interesting how everyone on here seems to be going for the 666, not Excel or Hattori..,but not you though. First Excel for a while :)
No concaving always a nice bonus, and it seems a big bat for the weight. Look forward to more pics and a review! Sure you've grown Sam, but so have I...need to work out my height and have a height-off :)

Lol, good effort. Sorry, I am so bored this morning. I won't post anything else about Sam on this topic after this post:

Is your middle mid-placed Toby? Assuming it is very responsive all over! Did you get the brand done, or unbranded edges as well?

Ask Matt. Bulldog recommend at least an hour, and I know that other brands will say different things. Till you think she's ready really, as each brand's/bat's pressing is different.

Do lots of throw downs with old soft balls for a couple of weeks. You'll know when the bat is ready by feel of the rebound, then use it properly in the nets and inspect the face and also go by feel.

this is a great looking bat, will probably go for this shape next time i get a bat. I'm sure you will enjoy it - i'm loving mine. seems like a lot of H4L are coming up in the last few weeks - keeping matt busy im sure.

Knock it in as much as you want mate. I don't believe a bat can be over knocked-in as such, more over-oiling is a risk. Do a great deal of work on the toe area and try to round off the edges and I am sure that the bat you end up with will be a real belter! Looks great I must say! :)
