Just thought I'd do a quick review on the RPA Pads I picked up recently. Most of you probably haven't heard of RPA, but it's a brand co-owned by a player/coach at our club who hand-make their own bats.

They are seriously light and pretty much the first pair of pads that have fitted me properly for a while (6'4). Top protection and look the part in my opinion.
Cheers :)

Wheres the review? This reads like more of an advert!
-
You beat me to it Leo. Don't think it was intentional though.
-
how much are they selling for
-
Is you mate colour blind? :o
-
Lol. Well reading it back it does seem like a review/advert! They are selling for around £35-40 posted Dave.
And no Buzz as far as I'm aware he's not colour-blind.
-
have they got fielding pads in them?
-
actually wait, there no extra straps there.
They look a little bit like Kook RP's
-
I see what you mean about the fielding pads idea Liam, I think it may be a "removable shin bolster", perhaps? Not 100% sure though! ???
-
Have you used any of the bats yet?
-
Yeah I forgot to add, there are seperate pads inside that can be used for close in fielding which is a bonus!
And I haven't personally used one but there are a few floating around in the club and they look decent, Matt (mineheadcricket) has one and gets on with it :)
-
Have they a website???
-
Afraid not yet Mark, I think Tom is working on one... I'll find out next week :)
-
Wicked... :D

Ye I had a bat - was a bit of a plank and broke after about 7 games. I suspect they are now defunct.

That must be a record

Only record I’m likely to get this season…
