Hello,
I went out for a run this morning and half way round my calf tightened up and i just struggled through it but now it feels permanently tight, i have stretched out at home, massaged it and is still tight.
Anyone got advice?

well ice it and rest!
you could do hot cold hot cold but probably hard on the calf! my physio tells me ice everything lol, its your best friend!

take some anti-inflammatories, rest and ice it.
