If Rob is in budget for you I would highly highly recommend. I've got one of his LE grade bats and it is a phenomenal bit of willow.

Do Black Cat still exist? Haven't posted on socials since 2021.

Stick to Rob if those are your options IMO

Fixtures Wanted / North-West Fixture Wanted - September 2026
« Last post by jimba101 on January 19, 2026, 03:38:16 PM »
Hi all,

I'm in the process of arranging the annual tour for my cricket club. I've provisionally made plans to travel and stay in Blackpool for the weekend, but unfortunately the club we had lined up to play have already changed their minds.

It might be a bit of an ask so late in the season, but could anybody recommend a club available to host us for a match on Saturday 26th September 2026? Or even just suggest any clubs that might be worth reaching out to? We're a good friendly bunch and it would make a nice end of season event for any club.

We have transport so willing to travel around a little - would like to find a fixture up that way rather than starting the process of finding a new destination.

Feel free to drop me a message - thanks!

Thanks fellas. I agree @Neon Cricket, pretty much perfect in my opinion grain wise. Alright I do believe it's aesthetics, something just like right with that grain structure. I've never been bothered about 20 grains.

Beauty that mate, exactly the sort of grain structure I'd pick up for myself!
