Easy to deal with, great comms and a lovely guy to deal with. Spikes arrived quickly and well packaged, for a bargain price. Also, despite there being only 1 spike missing, he has told me that he will sort me out some extra spikes. That is indeed 1st class service, I highly respect and commend that.
