Just want to say how impressed I am with both matt's customer service and his batmaking, managed to get a slightly lower grade cleft made exactly to my specs! There was a quick turnaround time, and the bat looks lovely and was well packaged: will be getting a review up after I've finished knocking it in. I wasn't expecting too much, as it was a slightly lower grade cleft, but it's just as good as my other two bats!
