It is a fair price, a sett from Wrights would be £10 and the rest of the money would cover the landowner cost and de-budding. The problem for me is that Wrights are planting 2 setts for every tree they cut down and there will be a surplus shortly. Indeed the current shortage is just a ploy to bump up prices.
A decent tree should produce 30 bats so 10 for you leaves 20 for them at no cost, not a bad return as they will get the pick of the clefts, you could be left with 10 grade 3's.
