Who makes bats for who?
« on: March 17, 2013, 08:26:01 PM »

Hey I know I have seen some discussion on the board about Puma not making their own bats. I was just curious which big manufacture make bats for other manufactures? or If they are based in one spot and their bats are made somewhere else.

All manufacturers make their own bats as far as we're concerned on here (I think, unless we've changed direction on that argument now)

Have I missed something here.... Puma make their own gear, as do all the other brands. If they have a batmaker, even contracted, they're still making their own bats  ???

I must have missed a thread about all this before, but to me this looks like a completely pointless topic.... Which is obviously why I'm on it haha

It's ok mate, there has been lots of speculation about who, how, where bats are made so as not to second guess or comment on something that could damage reputations we don't really speculate. Leave it at that mate.
