Newbery sps
« on: April 04, 2011, 09:00:23 AM »

Hya lads!

Anyone able to tell me whether newbery sps pads are able to sit quite low on your foot, as in like Ian bell wears pads!
Also with being 6ft 2 would standard size be ok, as that's what I take in my hawk and they sit low!

Just trying to work it out before placing an order, as I'm stuck between these pads and the millichamp original!

Cheers

Max!

I've got a halfway set, a prototype set of M&H Original Pads and Gloves, they might be a nice unique answer to your dilemma. They look like they would sit low and I've been using another sample set of M&H pads in nets after using Newbery for the last 2 seasons, I'm 6'5 and they fit great.

I can get the newbery pads for the same price as the m&h!
I'm really keen on the m&h pads though!
Especially the ones mike is on about!
