I'm currently  undergoing physio on my knee. I did mine out running, all of a sudden something "just went" its hard to explain but something wasn't right. I'm fully waiting to find out my problem...

Ditto. I did mine skiing. I am doing physio and will hopefully find tomorrow how bad it really is.
