Cricket Balls for 2009 season
« on: January 29, 2009, 03:35:18 PM »

I need to invest in a couple of dozen match balls for the coming season for my Sunday side.  We play a mix of friendlies and league games - with balls for the league games provided by the league.  Does anyone have an opinion on what I should be looking at in the £10-£20 arena?

Further, I want to get hold of a few net balls for personal use, that aren't going to destroy mine and others' bats.  Any recommendations?

Thanks in advance for your help

Try Readers cricket balls. We use them for the Meller Braggins Cheshire county league and they are very good and last long.

They have a variety of grades in price starting £9 to £30. If you are looking a a couple of doezen you can get them cheaper and maybe with your club logo on it.
