I'm now GM's biggest fan, that's an absolutely terrific indication of customer care. Hats off to you.

Thanks for your response Edward. I have since sorted the pads with the retailer and obtained a refund. I am happy that my issue has been resolved and also that you have looked into this matter, as well as looking to resolve this further with a meeting with the LE manufacturer. I do apologies for my bluntness when initially dealing with this issue- the second soft issue in a few months got the better of me. Thank you for your correspondence and help with this issue.

I find it amusing that he has been emailing them for 6 years to complain about various things yet he still buys the kit!

Good effort Edward. I think 99% of us would have not handled that so diplomatically.

Where does it say complaining? No it doesn't.

Top stuff Edward. Seeing the bats I can see the brand are churning out some really great bats! Might be tempted in the future :)

No problem, glad you have got the issue sorted, apologies that you had cause to do so.

Enjoy the season!

Once again GM show the reason why they are probably the largest brand in world in cricket equipment and it aint through manufacturing rubbish softs or poor customer service!!!
