Is that because of the riots? I ask because the other game's don't have this and I have never seen it happen before

No basically phil mustard asked if he could declare and asked if hampshire would declare to make more of a match as it has been rained off most of the time ,
Great idea in my opinion ,
Just due Durham wanting the points

It's good to see teams pushing for victories instead of playing for a boring draw. Fair play to the captains for agreeing it!
