Has anyone used on of these before? If so, how do they work and are they any good?

Used to have one as a kid, hard rubber ball. Like a dog ball lol. U put the u shape pegs in the ground. One length to length nearest the batsman and the other side to side with the cable underneath towards the bowlers end. Someone stands at bowlers end and depending on how far they stand and stretch the bungee depends in how quick. Height of release gives dif lengths and if u release the ball in an arc it swings. Great fun until the ball passes the bat then the bungee rips ur legs apart lol
