Investigation is on going, but he's left the forum now anyway. For the time being peeps should avoid dealing with Chesterh4, Chester Hawkins or David Hawkins if you cross paths with any of these.

I think we have a happy ending in the end.

Apart from one slight blip, which is now sorted, it seems that everyone who's had dealings with Chester has had a good experience, and he has now decided to carry on contributing to the forum.
