Friday Night Coaching at the Oval

Hi everyone,

This question is mainly directed at those members on CBF who live in London..

Have any of you been to the Friday night nets at the Oval..? (The adult clinic that starts at 7 and ends at 9...).

What are your thoughts on them, are they useful for you..?
