Not really, it's the same Glenn Maxwell I've always watched alongside some very generous bowling
He was actually trying to drive the ball today. In recent times he only seemed to play the reverse hit/sweep

Australia got a lot of competition for their opening slots in T20 cricket. Warner, Finch, Khawaja, Maxwell and Head all more than capable.

Decent T20 players like Nick Maddinson not even getting a look in as well

Brutal innings from Maxwell. Sri Lanka were generous in their fielding and bowling ! Sri Lanka is like the new west indies. They have been rapidly disintegrating from a formidable opponent to a brush aside one ...
