THE ART OF BATMAKING

‘Celebratory Antiques Road Show’ Wednesday 2nd November 7.00pm on BBC 2.

The BBC chose and approached John Newbery Ltd for permission to film the English traditional art of batmaking. A celebratory cricketing guest and the BBC cameras are at the Newbery bat making workshop with master batmaker Tim Keeley who explains the art and skill of crafting the highest quality English hand made cricket bats....Newbery, don’t miss!
