I would think the RP's by a little bit, GT's are a lot smaller top hat wise.

i have just used today, in a friendly match, some grizzly sample pads bought off mike, very similar to the gt's - very comfy and good protection but i just hope that they stop squeeking!

yeah definately gonna go for some kooks. saw the newbery's today and wasn't as keen on them, they didn't really feel right. going to look around for a place to try rp's and blade runners... should i wait for next years model? wondered whether it would be worth it?

depending on how long you want to wait to get the pads you might want to try http://onlinestockist.com/
have to wait a while for delivery but they will be the cheapest around, unless you get offered some pads from the kindly members on the forum, i think a few people have the rp's. Talisman has a couple pairs of the rp pads and gloves which i think he was looking to sell. They are good pads and the people i know who own them seem to be very happy with them.

looking for SM LH which are probably the hardest to get out of all types of pads!! which is annoying...

No custom charges that i am aware of - postage for a bat is £11, gets cheaper with the more stuff you buy. Might be worth waiting a month or two and they may be selling off the 2009 stock a bit cheaper.

I doubt they will, a lot of it is ordered in as you order. They hold very little stock. I can also better Online Stockists prices if anyone is desperate.
