are all bat handles sourced from India, or are any made in the UK

I seem to recollect Brimble saying GM's were but does anyone know of any others?

I don't know how to put this, but, I'm kind of a big deal.

I thought most imported cane handles from Malaysia. I would of thought wrights would import handles and sell in bulk, and sell along with there clefts. May be wrong on both.
