Sovereign cricket is run by a South-African guy called Norman Haylett-Petty through his store called Cricket Direct near Perth, Western Australia. There's no website as far as I know.

I think all of the Sovereign bats are imported from India, but I'll stand corrected on this. A few years back Sovereign was known as Cavalier and at that time some of their bats were handmade in Australia.

Also, ex South African cricketer Mike Rindell was/ is involved with the company. See a news article from about these guys from a few years ago at
www.theage.com.au/news/cricket/south-africans-lighten-up-in-perth/2005/12/08/1133829724059.html (Sorry haven't worked out how to Hyperlink yet).

Good to get some info on them! This bat has "Handmade in Western Australia" On the toe so would think it is made here..
