All Out Cricket January 2012 'Review'
« on: December 01, 2011, 05:09:18 PM »

Just having a look through the month's edition and spotted this.

Inspired by the famous Samurai sword of the same name, the Hattori is thankfully not as razor-sharp, but in cricketing terms at least it is equally destructive. Relatively heavy in the hand (Hell4Leather like their meaty blades), it picks up beautifully despite a handle that feels a touch on the thin side for a bat weighing almost 2lb 110z. Best of all, it has a middle that is even bigger than it looks. The bat choice of Azhar Mahmood, and we can understand why.

We Like:

- The simple, functional design
- The edges. Big but not too big, and the logo detail is a nice touch
- The forgiving middle

We Dislike:

- The stickering. Many will love it, but the yellow and black just doesn't float our boat.

Star Rating (Out of Five)

Appearance: 3.5
Build Quality: 4
Performance: 4.5
Value for Money: 4
AOC Rating: 4

Quite impressive!

I won't take appearance as important factor, it is possible what they like would look crap in my eyes.

Nevertheless top work Matt!
