Blistering Palms

How should one get rid of blisters/corns from the palms of their hands quickly? I have recently moved to a drier place and they are showing up more frequently while batting.  :(

try using Dr. Scholls corn/callus  pads/bandaids.. they take 2 applications that last 48-hrs and then they are gone..
