I get pain in my ankle every time I bowl pace and occasionally when I run and the next day after I have bowled. Also randomly during the day.
It is around the front of my ankle to the inside of it.
Anyone know what is wrong and what I should do, don't want to see a doctor because I don't want to stop playing.

Better to go get it looked at now and miss a few weeks than carry on playing on it and risking doing more damage mate. Might have to stop playing for far longer if you just leave it
