i would suggest filming from behind the net if you can, to avoid the issue of having the ball ever hit the ipad!

i had an ex-county player looking at my technique on sunday and his advice was to keep as still as possible before the ball is delivered. it was difficult because i was on the bowling machine working on full, straight deliveries so i had a tendency to fall onto my front foot too early.

You shouldn't film from behind. You can't see anything!

when i say behind, i mean outside of the net as opposed to behind the bowler's arm!!

I'm confused, do you mean behind the batsman or behind the bowling machine, outside of the net. If it's behind the batsman then that is no good becaus eyou can't see any of the components of the technique that you should be focusing on,.

I am very soon, going to be doing another "Batting Progression" like this, seeing as me and Liam did the same academy :D

So I filmed this today, tried to say more side on and cut out the trigger. Although you could probably say the knee flex is a sort of trigger, it really helped.
