Im in need of help/confidence!

Pre-season game I got a nicely played 65 and felt very optomistic!

However, my 3 league games at my new club i have got 9, 6 and 1 batting at 4 and a 23 in the twenty20 comp.

I don't know what it is but i have no confidence in my ability and seem to have a negative mind set from the off.

Any tips on how to get out of this mind set?
