Looks similar to the old Puma evolution!
Loved them bats!

That's not a prototype. It was available for sale in Australia last season.

Been on sale in NZ for the last season and a half.
I must admit I was tempted to buy one. The spine is absolutely huge and the pick up was superb. I was just a little bit worried what the two big scoops out of it would do.

We discussed this when we first saw it . Megapower/sabre similarities.

Having little knowledge of the GN range in Aus/NZ, i assumed this is what we were getting in the UK when the E41 was announced for the 2013 ranges, i was a little dissapointed at the trade show!

From the Greg Chappell Cricket Centre catalogue

E41 Scoop - Grade 1 English willow, Sweet spot position = middle to high.
A slight variation from the extremely popular E41, the E41 Scoop is better equipped for shots square of the wicket such as hooks, cuts and pulls due to the weight being taken out of the base of the bat.  This is done through a dual scoop being carved near the base of the bat allowing for a much lighter pick up.  This bat still possesses the imposing 41mm edges and is sure to be the nenvy of cricketers across the globe.

Anyone feeling envious?

I'd have thought they would have sold quite well in the UK interesting design
