Thanks. I have not had a chance to have a chat with Andy yet but I will keep you updated along with full reviews when they arrive. It will be next week before I get a chance to chat, I've got a couple of days of fly fishing in the mountains to sort first. I'm in no rush as our season has just finished in NZ.

I'm the lucky winner. At present it seems Andy has plenty on his plate so I have said for him to make contact when it suits him, not that that was easy to say as I'm still very excited.  I will post full reviews for all three bats once they have been received.

I wouldn't wait too long, as I did the same over a set of softs that I won and never received them. Gave up in the end.

As many have asked I thought I would finally bring this sorry saga to an end. After 8 months, 90 odd emails (95% from me along the lines of "what is going on") and numerous lies and fabrications I have had a monetary resolution, not one I'm happy with but anything out of this &&&&&& I guess is much better than others who have had similar dealings but with no result.

For many months I was prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt but as other fellow forum members began to contact me with stories and excuses that matched mine the alarm bells started to ring.

He was obviously highly regarded on this forum at one stage but I would suggest that anyone who contemplates engaging Andy in any future think strongly as mine and number of others on here have had nothing short of appalling deceitful treatment.

Enough said from me, time to move on.

I'm guessing none of the money he took for this raffle went to the charity it was originally intended for? I guess we will never find out... It would be pretty low if that's the case...

Yes, that's a guess and an assumption. Really crap that you didn't get your bats, I totally understand, but let's not speculate on whether the money went to the charity or not.
