Millichamp & Hall Pads and Gloves - what do you think?
« on: September 23, 2012, 06:58:32 PM »

Am looking to buy my batting pads and batting gloves in the end of season sales ready for next season.

Seen the M&H Alpha Batting Gloves and Pads - look nice, pretty good price (59.50 pads, 38.50 gloves) and am interested in these.

Wondered if any of you have used these and then what you thought of them, as have never had any M&H stuff before.

Looking for something lightweight and durable and they looked good (is a toss-up for me for these softs VS newbery GT335/SPS)

Thanks

If I were buying new pads and gloves it would be SAF. And they got 15% off at the mo.

Also find myself falling in love with the chase softs.

I have Distinction pads and gloves, they are good but I find pads to be tad bulky than usual pads.

In gloves I would vouch for Salix Pod Black or SS or even Newbery SPS whereas in pads i would vouch for Gray Nicolls Legend, Newbery SPS. I haven't used Salix pads yet but I'm sure they would be nothing but amazing.
