Nice little article following yesterdays visit to Ayrtek HQ, impossible to get anything about us into our local paper still though :(

Emailed the sports desk a few times but never had a reply, would have thought as a local business they might have shown a small interest but no such luck :(

who needs the local rag when you have the torygraph...

You should try to email Ed Smith and try to get a cricinfo write up - like the one he did for the bowling machine simulator in the times

few trick or treaters but that's about it.... :(

haha not sure about famous but always nice to have someone take an interest and explain the reasons behind the technology and design features that have gone into the helmet and how it all works

I do find it strange how everyone seems to have forgotten about Sangakkara and his Ayrtek though.  First the Sky Sports commentators, now this journalist...

Yeah seemed to have slipped the memories of the Sky boys, the reporter was aware of it but i did point out he wasnt wearing one anymore due to contractual reasons etc. so he prob didnt include it as not exactly current compared to the lions lads etc.
