I think the "Vulcan" lettering is the best bit of it. Not keen on the black, the bread knife come sword or the 70's style "Falcata" font. Kippax did something similar and it did look pretty nice:-

A sword would look quite good but on the "sharp" blade perhaps have the stickers in chrome ?
