how do you fill surface holes on a cricket bat
« on: January 01, 2013, 01:51:41 PM »

Got a couple of chunks of wood missing on the back and front of a bat. I wondered what people use  to fill these gaps? Is it just wood filler or something a bit more clever?

You can use saw dust and glue mixed together to make a paste. Pack it in pretty solid and sand flat. U can still are the mark but looks ok
