So how does grading work with CA now?

Power, sumo- grade 4
5000-grade 3??
10000-grade 2
12000-grade 1
12k Trd, 15000, etc - g1++++++...

How does anyone's grading work now? It's about finding something that suits you rather than grade now. like Manormanic said, retailers hand picking helps. You can find beauties in any price range, which is beginning to usurp 'grading' IMO.
