I got in touch with paul about a month ago about buying a supreme bat from him as an early birthday present from my dad, I got an absolute belter through, upon initial impressions it was slightly too heavy for me, however when I used it in a match, I fell in love with it, and it rivaled any bat I had owned. However, in my last match, I got a short ball, and dropped it by my feet, and the ball hit the bat right up at the splice and broke the bat, with 2 or 3 cracks running down the back of the blade. Now here comes the good part,  got in touch with Paul, and told him what had happened, and without hesitation he told me to send the bat back and he'd replace it. Top customer service. That was wednesday, and the bat has arrived today, so I am really impressed by the turnaround speed. The bat itself is lovely, cant really comment on the performance, because Ive only been knocking it in. However, the pick up, finish, balance and initial rebound are exceptional. Whats more, the handle on the replacement is lovely feels perfect in my hands. Cant thank Paul enough and this bat and his service are a testament to both him and his brand, long may it continue.
