According to the lab engineers at BSI yes, the Albion grill should have a mounting plate either side of the wires to enscase them as the wires "terminate" below the shell of the helmet. Whilst Masuri grills wires go up past the shell and are trapped between the mounting plate and shell meaning that if the weld broke the wire would remain trapped.

very confusing stuff but the dark grey grills supplied on the club mark shells we took in to have tested we were told would fail testing due to this
