They will sort you out if you take it down. I think the price is 35 quid.

Customer service is top notch from them too, will chat t you for hours if you wanted and the shops empty.

4oz is a lot to lose from a bat. I'm sure Hawk can do it but you might not like the end result. You might end up with a bat that is very concaved and some don't get along with that at all. Then again, if you're not using it anyway you've got nothing to lose! If you decide to do it then please post a before and after shot....I'd be interested to see how they take the weight out of it.
