Salix bats in NZ
« on: January 19, 2014, 08:57:00 PM »

Anyone know of these guys who sell Salix, CF, Hawk bats in NZ? Makes it much cheaper than shipping a new Salix from the UK. How would they be the suppliers? Friends maybe?

I'd be wary personally with those brands of bats. There was the issue last year or year before where bats were being bought using stolen credit cards, some went to Pakistan and some went to New Zealand.

Probably worth contacting the manufacturers and checking if you have concerns. I'm sure they'd be happy to help out.

Its run by a guy called Coel. he contacted me regarding adding my bats into his stock. didnt go anywhere as he failed to reply to emails but i got the impression this was a legitimate business. buys at a discount/trade rate and then sells at a cheaper rate than you could get them imported for.

This is a 100% genuine company. The lad who runs it played near here and I know loads of people who know him. Infact Hawk have a good relationship with him

Andrew confirmed that Salix deal with this brand in NZ so all seem legit.
